Kruger Wildlife Photography and Conservation Project with Amanzi Travel

Samuel_Cox__June_2016-9A project designed for volunteers with a passion for wildlife photography – who can embark on an adventure of a lifetime in the world-famous Greater Kruger Area of South Africa.   In this incredible location, surrounded by Big 5 Game Reserves, volunteers learn from a professional photographer and get to use their photographs to raise awareness of wildlife conservation issues.   A unique programme – offering personal and professional development – while making a real impact on conservation and community initiatives.

As well as contributing photographs to The Klaserie Chronicle – a magazine with wide distribution in South Africa, a link has been established recently with WWF South Africa for project photographs to be used in their marketing publications.  These are wonderful opportunities for wildlife photographers joining this project.Photog_Group

The following dates are available to anyone wanting to join this project:  16 July, 13 August, 10 September, 8 October, 5 November and 3 December.  The project will remain open over the Festive Season – what better way to spend Christmas and New Year!

A truly life changing experience, working on wildlife and community volunteering projects in Africa over 15 years ago, convinced Gemma Whitehouse to give up her job as a Marketing Manager for an international organisation and use her skills and expertise to set up a company that would offer others the same amazing opportunities with a service second to none - thus Amanzi Travel was born.
